- To convert Epic Points to Mabuhay Miles, Members must visit the Epic Rewards Shop at the GF, Garden Wing Newport World Resorts
- Complete a three-part copy of the Points Exchange Form.
- The converted points will automatically reflect on your account within 5 days.
On the part of PHILIPPINE AIRLINES:
1. Mabuhay Miles members will receive notification from their Mabuhay Miles account once Mabuhay Miles points are credited.
2. Mabuhay Miles points will be credited to the member's account within 5 (five) business days from date of receipt of the accrual file.
